Retgistration and My Account

Q. How do I register?
A. Click on the "Create Account" link and complete the form.

Q. What are the benefits of registering at ListingCard.Net?
A. You will be able to speed up the time it takes, and increase your accuracy when creating new ListingCards simply by storing your information in your account. In addition, you will be able to view past orders, quickly create a reorder, view the marketing resource area, and take advantage of discounts and specials only offered to account members.

Q. What if I forget my password?
A. Just click 'Forgot My Password' at the login screen, enter your email address, click on the get password button, and we will instantly email your password to you.

Q. What if my email address or other account information changes?
A. To change your account information such as your email address, credit card information, mailing address, billing address, etc., just login to your profile from the home page, update your information, and press 'update'.

Q. How safe is my personal information?
A. We are completely committed to maintaining the privacy of our customers. We do not sell or rent your personal information to marketers. Please see our Privacy Policy for greater detail.

The Listingcards are two-sided color, with "bleed" images on both sides, and printed digitally on a "bright white paper" for the very best quality and results.

Shipping and Handling Pricing:

All shipments are sent to you via UPS and are sent either 'Ground' or '3-Day Select' depending upon how far you are from our print facilities. Our goal is to print your order and ship the next business day after we receive your order. This means that generally, and baring any delivery problem, it will take 4 to 8 business days to receive your order once you have successfully submitted your order. If you have not received your order by then, please contact us immediately.

The shipping and handling fees range depending upon the size and weight of your purchase. UPS offers a package tracking feature that allows you to track the delivery progress every step of the way.

Note: It is important that you add your email address in your order so you can link to the UPS tracking system.

System Requirements

Q. What are the minimum system requirements for using ListingCard.Net?
A. We recommended the following: Browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or above; Netscape Navigator 6.2. Internet Connection: High speed is highly recommended - DSL or Cable is best. A dial up connection will greatly increase the time to upload your images, particularly if the image is over 150 KB.
Monitor Resolution: 800x600 required; larger resolutions are recommended.
Color Depth: 16-bit color or above recommended; 256 colors required.

Q. I'm an AOL user, what browser do you recommend?
A. Due to limitations with AOL browsers, we recommend that you use Internet Explorer instead. To accomplish this, simply connect to your AOL account, minimize your AOL window, and then open up Internet Explorer.

Q. I have photos on my computer, how do I know they will work?
A. Good question. The easiest way to tell if your photos are going to look their best on your ListingCard is to simply determine the size of the file. On a MAC or a PC, look for the file folder where the photo is located, view the file details, and observe the size of the photo/image file. The minimum file size is 150KB. We also do not recommend uploading files larger than 1.5MB. Most digital cameras save photo images at around 500KB - a perfect size.
